My work is a reflection of what I perceive
in the real world and how
it is distilled through dreams and meditation. I am influenced
by
the vagaries of weather, time, and mood, by places where I have
travelled, and by people I have known and loved.
Recently, my work has evolved into more abstract images. I
cannot
fully explain their significances, except that as I�ve grown older,
I
have been able to simplify and, I hope, clarify my perceptions.
Lately,I have returned to printmaking, using images from my
paintings and drawings to create collographs and monoprints,
exploring new materials and techniques in experimental
printmaking that have become available today.
